By accessing or using KasaBook ("Service"), operated by Bilustek, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
KasaBook is a cloud-based financial management platform that provides expense tracking, AI-powered analytics, document scanning, and reporting tools for businesses. The Service may include free and paid subscription tiers.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Token-based AI features (chat, scan, insights) consume tokens from your plan's monthly allowance. Additional token packs may be purchased separately and do not expire at the end of the billing cycle.
You retain all ownership rights to the financial data you upload or create within the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You may export or delete your data at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
The Service uses artificial intelligence (powered by OpenAI) to provide insights, categorization, and chat-based assistance. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content.
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Bilustek, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including OpenAI (AI processing), Stripe (payment processing), and Google (authentication). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BILUSTEK, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
